I visited this location and watched the cashier warmly greet the white male customer in front of me, then completely ignored me when I stepped up. I spoke to her first and still received no response. She did not speak to me until my boyfriend asked her coworker about the flavor of a drink. The products here are good, but the discriminatory treatment I experienced means I will not be returning. After reading more of the poorly rated reviews, it seems that this was not racially motivated. Just poor customer service.
Don’t waste your time. Overpriced shitty coffee w sub par service.
Great place over all! The place gets a little busy sometimes, and sometimes the staff doesn't pay attention at the level they should, but hey... We are all human and make mistakes! Great cup of coffee though!

So where do I begin yesterday I was there with my daughter and other half he went to go pick up ice while we got Starbucks. We were the only ones online waiting at the counter. Two employees behind the counter and one stand almost next to us on the waistline side, so three employees. We waited several minutes and no one even acknowledged us.
