I have waited in the drive through line for over 3/4 of an hour!

Service a bit slow and disorganized.
This Starbucks legitimately has the worst drive thru times possible. I don’t know if it’s lack of training, higher influx of traffic and poor location, but the wait times defeat the purpose of a drive thru. I recommend placing a pickup order inside if you’re on a time crunch. Customer service is good, just not a timely drive thru. Plus, why serve me a melted iced coffee?
