I stopped by this Starbucks location and ordered my usual iced matcha latte. I can be a bit picky with how it’s made, and the first one came with more foam than I prefer. I mentioned it to the barista, Ruby, and she couldn’t have been more understanding. Without hesitation, she remade the drink to perfection and even gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. The second latte was exactly how I like it, and her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Amazing customer service—thank you, Ruby!
I don't know what it was about this Starbucks, but the drink was less than desirable (probably someone just learning the ropes).
Everything was excellent. Except my straw. It must be a April Fool's joke. I got another straw make sure that it wasn't defected. But no both mine and other 3 drinks straws.
