Waiting 30 minutes because if they don’t have your flavor they skip your order.had to ask and then told to wait another 10 minutes. Starbucks is better than this.. fire the manager because the staff is not trained.
Decided to close an hour and a half early even though there was a full line.
I understand that airports are usually busy, and I’ve worked at Starbucks too, so I can relate. However, I was really disappointed when I ordered a drink with cold foam, but it didn’t have enough of it. I usually get enough cold foam, so it was a bit disappointing. The drinks themselves are great, though. No comments, 🫠
