Since I have quit Aberdeen's (poor service) Starbucks, I have adopted James' Run. I order 5 mins ahead, given a 7-11 min wait time, and it still comes out early. Aberdeen, ever heard of "benchmark", or Situational Awareness?
I've been to this Starbucks multiple times and unfortinly this will be my LAST time. I was here recently and the barista working was HORIBLE, the tall white guy working was yelling at the kid working drive thru and the lady at the window had to listen to everything and same for all the customers in the lobby. Starbucks should be better what a shame teach your workers how to work with RESPECT. Shame! He should be fired or taught customer service.
