I went in order a drink from Jeffrey I spoke too fast I showed him what I wanted on my phone a coffee vanilla Frappuccino he said he had never made that. I asked him to add cookie crumble. So when the lady made the drink she proceeds to add something that was not cookie crumble I told her it's not what we asked for she said that I need to speak loudly I told her I did I even showed him a picture off my phone. Been there like three times now, thinking that their drinks are going to get better, but that was the most nastiest Starbucks I’ve ever had.
Really rude girl working here tried to order something at 6:41 said they were closing and not taking orders really rude girl
My iced caramel latte was very good. One of the workers seems very lazy and speaks very quiet thought she still completed my order. This time the sugar was already added which I found good as I never know how much sugar I should add.
