Well if I could give a 0 stars I would! What awful service. Very rude and waited nearly 40 mins for 2 cappuccino and no one else in the queue but us!
Nitro cold brew came out warm.
I can tell people hate to work here. Tall guy barely moving. Drinks lady extremely grumpy but doing her work. The only lady forcing everything to move here but she is not getting appreciated by her colleagues. Just another shiny lady came in and started doing proper job
This is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The quality of the drinks are typical Starbucks but the service SUCKS! The staff here are miserable! They obviously don’t want to be here and don’t enjoy their work. If you want a Starbucks beverage, DON’T get it in concourse F! Starbucks is known for their upbeat friendly service but they missed the mark here BIG TIME.
