A pesar de haber 5 personas sirviendo la comida y la vendida tanto yo como otros clientes no se sentían conforme con el orden de saldos de los pedidos, algunos no salían completos y los. Mientes esperaban el doble del tiempo. Deben mejorar el servicio ya que esperé media hora por un latte pequeño
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, especially for a chain where corporate probably couldn’t care less, but I feel obligated to speak up about this one. I know the staff here is probably overworked and overwhelmed, but I have NEVER seen Starbucks treat their customers this way. They were extremely rude to so many customers in a row, had very little patience for their international clientele, and openly made two women cry because of their hostility when they didn’t understand why they couldn’t pay in cash. Ordered and paid for coffee and left without getting it. The ineptitude is like an SNL skit. Shame on corporate for putting hourly employees on the bar and giving them NO training or support. They had no idea how to run the store. Negative stars. NOT the employees fault. This is all on poor management.
For anyone who can’t find this store, it’s on the 2nd floor!!! Google gives the wrong info saying it’s in floor 1.. that take mobile order quite quick
If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed a mobile order and my drink was incorrect but at least came out in a reasonable time. I also ordered oatmeal which came out 15 minutes after it was estimated to be ready. Oatmeal was just watery and disgusting: she tossed toppings at me that weren’t what I ordered. When I requested a refund, I was told that wasn’t possible. Appalling service. Wouldn’t recommend… ever.
