Only a few coffees are actually good
Usually the service hear is mediocre at best but Kimula is an absolute FORCE. She is kind and direct and keeps the staff moving with efficiency. If there is a promotion to be given out it should go to her
I understand they’re busy but cmon! I just boarded my flight after slurping my drink and all the sudden it hits me. I asked for DECAF because I have a heart condition and they served me CAFFEINE!! My chest is palpitating and we’re about to take off. ALSO the rude plus size lady was upset because i kindly asked for my sons cake pop after waiting a few minutes after my drink was ready. I ordered a tea latte and when i pointed out that it didn’t had milk the rudest people told me to get from the counter. Also it was boiling hot
