Update: gotten worse. 30 min beat the record today. Two cars ahead of me. 30 minutes in the drive thru. I will support the target Sbux instead of this one now. This place is pretty hit or miss. If it wasn’t the closest Sbux to me I’d likely not visit as often. Terrible parking lot, but I know they can’t help that. What I find inconsistent are the drinks and service. As a Uber delivery driver I came to pick up order, I ask for cup of water lady with name tag Bailey said you will need to buy something to get water, such a disgusting place and staff so rude and not professional at all. I would a give a zero star if possible!!!
