Charged twice for order and then had to have an argumentative interaction to get corrected. Not helpful for creating a solution and customer first environment.
I ordered 2 waters and a coffee with my mom, and she ordered a pike place. The barista that took our order misunderstood and charged us for 2 coffees when I asked for 2 waters and never made my mom’s pike place until it was mentioned later. At first we didn’t notice that they had messed up the order until the drinks were brought out. Everything was fine up until they said they could refund us for the extra drink we never ordered.
