🚨 🚨 My husband and I stopped here for our morning coffee before our road trip back home to AZ. Can I just say I’m glad I am NOT a local and I’m just passing by. Why? Never have I ever seen a Manager talk down so bad in such a distasteful toxic manner to their baristas. I saw her literally throw a cup to a Barista not asking but saying here fix this drink. They are always so rude it literally never fails every time doesn’t matter who it is!
I had gotten a caramel crunch with extra crunch, they forgot the extra crunch and barely added any caramel crunch. Whenever I had asked if they added the extra caramel crunch, she said yes but I watch as she ( a pink short haired lady) told another employee that she had forgotten to put the caramel crunch on. This isn’t a big deal at all but I’m 6 months and just wanted a decaf caramel crunch that I had been craving for months. I cried on the way home, ruined my day.
