I have to say I was excited to try a salted caramel mocha Frappuccino but dang was that disgusting. My drink and also been sitting for a while already done but not put out at the mobile order station so I waited unnecessarily. And also ordered a pastry online and they had to refund it to me because they didn't actually have it.
This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks locations simply because the employees are the best! Always have a smile waiting for me when I walk in the door and always make my drinks to perfection
I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks, but I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit on 7/26 at 3:13 PM. My husband and I placed a mobile order just a few minutes before arriving. We understand that doesn’t give much time, and we weren’t expecting the drink to be ready right away. When we got to the window, I was polite and didn’t express any frustration. Rude. Wouldn't let me use the restroom really quick whenever there was literally NO ONE else in the whole store. Said I had to buy something first which I know is NOT company policy. Simply cold hearted.
