Ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for a mobile order that said would take at most 10 minutes. No one made eye contact with me or wanted to give me an update while I was waiting inside; I did give the order at least 6 minutes before going inside. When I was trying to get someone’s attention after 15 minutes of waiting inside, they all dodged me even though there were 5 staff members standing around at the counter not really doing much. Open bright and friendly staff. When I asked if they had more of an item in the back, the lovely staff went and checked and while they didn't have anymore.theu were kind and understanding. I will definitely be returning.
