I've been going to this Starbucks for a while but today was the worst experience ever. They always get my drink correct and this time my drink was wrong and I asked a simple question and the gentleman at the window was sarcastic and rude. When I called to complain I found out that he's a manager. I don't understand how they have someone like him overseeing the store.
Amanda was in a bad mood my bud and I went just in time *30 minutes before closing* and she messed up our order and gave us dirty looks with a bit of attitude never coming here again bad business
Amanda did not fill up my drink and she was giving me bad looks because I got there 30 minutes before closing talk about loving your job! Btw if she gave me a fake name she was small old and looked Hispanic
