Handed me an overflowing hot coffee at drivethru, asked to take care of and napkin for spill on hand. Handed me back new cup and finally napkin for customer hand for hot coffee spill. Drove off, cup continued to spill in my nice car. Drove back, went inside to fix again & went to restroom to cleanup. Come back to counter, pickup new coffee, says sorry, no refund or heres a couple free coupons. Not worth arguing, just wont be back.
