I ordered a Venti and they made a Grande. Double check your drinks here to make sure you’re not throwing away money on something you’re not even getting. I sadly didn’t double check. I’ve noticed this location has one barista that tends to mess up drinks. Avoid ordering cold foam here as they use too much on their drinks at this location.
Usually this location is decent. This time the lady made my drink wrong I ordered an Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha it was all blended together and all foamy hardly any drink in there. The cold foam is supposed to be layered on top it was not good. Waste of money
Not managed well. Store has plenty of volume 7am-2pm, staff turnover high and poorly trained, store is empty after 2p. Needs Clover machine - they waste too much coffee, so they avoid making pots and leave it sitting too long - tastes terrible.
