Man this starbucks pretty new I don't live that far from the area and like it's pretty nice inside and the customers pretty nice but you know I'm not saying too much things bad but the other day I came here and I'm just saying some dude don't know his name black guy like I mean I ordered a cheese Danish and like he put it on top of a order that these girls ordered like just saying he could've put it aside
stone has a nasty attitude, these drinks are far too expensive to not be made how you want them, I originally ordered through the drive-through and when I told her my drink didn’t look right she closed the window and ignored me. I then came inside the store and she seems to have an attitude do not recommend avoid the store at all cost.
This a great location to have a Starbucks. I enjoy stopping in to pick up my order. The staff is so energetic and pleasant. Pam the manager is dope. You can see that she encourages her staff and even jumps in to help when it is peak time. The fact that the staff knows their customers by name is amazing. That is something that makes it worth stopping. This location does not fall short of hospitality at all. After all this is what hospitality industry is about. Selling a product and maintaining the retention of customers.
This is my go-to Starbucks. I usually order through the drive-through, and the staff is always warm, friendly, and makes an effort to get to know their customers. In particular, there are two employees who truly stand out. One is Pam and the other barista at the drive-through window (I’ll be sure to catch his name next time). They consistently greet me with kindness and a smile, and they make sure my order is always made to perfection. Thanks for the great service!
There was a ton of plastic in my oatmeal!!! On the lid, around the cup and inside the oatmeal. Apparatus the worker left the plastic inside the oatmeal and cooked it that way. I filed a report to Starbucks and waiting to hear back because that's not ok..that can cause cancer. See the pictures
