I should not feel left out of a place I always go to because of how one person feels about my race. I felt beyond disrespected today. Kevin walked off while I was in the middle of speaking with him about my experience and started talking to someone else and close the drive thru window on me. Worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks. I go here at least 2-3 times a day. Save yourself 30 minutes of waiting and just go to the one inside of Kroger. This is not a one-time issue either. This is an everyday occurrence and The only reason I keep coming here is because I don't feel like changing out of my pajamas and getting my toddler out of the car. I guess I just need to get dressed and actually go in to Kroger when I want coffee next time. Also editing just to add that we only ever order two normal menu drinks. Not a huge order, and not anything fancy.
Going through the drive through, there was no wait in line to get the hot specialty coffee. They do have the famous tip jar waiting for you at the window which I never understood, because tips are supposed to be more geared for table service above expectations, not picking up a drink in the drive through.
Not a coffee shop for consistency. My coffee tastes different every time I order it. There needs to be training in each coffee drink especially if you're paying this much money buying coffee. Also they fill your cup with so much ice to hide their inability to make a correct cup. I go to Kroger to get a correct mix of my coffee although it is inconvenient. Iced brown sugar expresso is made perfectly at that location. Please train your people better.
I order the same drink at every Starbucks. This is the first time getting my usual from this location and it was disappointing very very disappointing!!! It tasted like watered down burnt coffee.
