Ok. I have to leave this review. So first- with Starbucks being owned by a corporate office I don't understand why the coffee- ice- service is so different at this store. The coffee tastes 100% different than any other starbucks- including the Starbucks located behind them at Kroger. They never have regular iced coffee and if they don't they won't tell you, they just replace it with cold brew- which has a different chemical make up and can be a concern for some people who have medical issues. Their service was really slow. Came in with my son and ordered two drinks. My son received his drink and I got the wrong one. Explained to them that this was not my drink. They made a new one and received the wrong one again. I got tired of waiting and decided to leave with the wrong drink. Also, only one person was making the drink for everyone. There are 5 people on the shift. Two people are talking and the other person was just standing on the cashier’s booth with no customer ordering. The other person was in the back.
