Awful staff, drinks are never right!
Hot, stuffy and union busting. This morning two organizers were fired for asserting their right to organize under the first amendment after months of broken promises. The manager, Tony, called the police and had a number of paying customers escorted off the premises for our support of Starbucks workers. I recommend patronizing another location that appreciates your business and treats their employees with respect.

Go here all the time before work but their Shift Manager KAYDEN likes to talk to customers like they are dogs and pretends not to hear well. May return when he no longer works there. All the other employees here are very kind.
Tuesday-Waited 42 mins for 3 drinks and 3 cake pops. And when I pay for extra strawberry inclusions with light ice, I still get 1 scope and ice full. This morning , the drive thru rep was rude. He greeted me, I said hello. I was trying to turn my radio down (it’s new), and he raises his voice saying “what can I get started” like I am taking too long and I didn’t acknowledge you when said it 30 secs ago.
