Going through the drive through, there was no wait in line to get the hot specialty coffee. They do have the famous tip jar waiting for you at the window which I never understood, because tips are supposed to be more geared for table service above expectations, not picking up a drink in the drive through.
Not a coffee shop for consistency. My coffee tastes different every time I order it. There needs to be training in each coffee drink especially if you're paying this much money buying coffee. Also they fill your cup with so much ice to hide their inability to make a correct cup. I go to Kroger to get a correct mix of my coffee although it is inconvenient. Iced brown sugar expresso is made perfectly at that location. Please train your people better.
I order the same drink at every Starbucks. This is the first time getting my usual from this location and it was disappointing very very disappointing!!! It tasted like watered down burnt coffee.
I have went three times to see if its me but its definitely the way they make the mint tea ball. Then only use 1 cup which is very hot without the green splash stick so it won’t spill. The taste is horrible. I’d rather walk into krogers and let them make my mint tea ball. The make sure to use 2 cups because it is hot and the green splash stick Will so it wont spill. Safety is number 1.
