I got an iced cream lavender matcha latte and tell my why first of all there was no ice and then there wasn’t any lavender cream on top it literally just tasted like sweet cream cold foam. Also they take forever to make one drink. I lowkey think they just gave me a drink that was already made and then labeled it as my drink.
I would say get rid of DoorDash and uber option because they struggle to keep up. And the attitude with many customers is absurd. I watched a lady wait on a cake pop for her kiddos and they couldn’t just give them to her after waiting for 30 minutes. I received my coffee and had to to wait another 15 minutes for my danish egg bites. They have the space but not the infrastructure
I went to pick up a grubhub order, I waited 10 minutes no one came to me no one acknowledged me so I walked out I mean I get it you guys are a busy restaurant but do so more hiring or at least try to acknowledge me
Horrible service! I stood there 10 minutes watching them make other orders when the store was empty before anyone acknowledged me. You’d be better off going to Starbucks at the Kroger next door.
