I don’t understand how this keeps happening. The last 3 times I’ve ordered here my drinks were made incorrectly and the portion size was incorrect. If you are paying for certain add in or a size then you should receive what you paid for, not a fricken grande in a venti cup and a drink half ass made… So tell me how this is now the second time where either half or a quarter of the cup is missing and my drinks AGAIN are made incorrectly?
