Corporate, if you're reading this, don't steal her from our store! Ale is new but has already been an amazing store manager. She remembers regulars, takes time to connect with people, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Five stars from a very caffeinated regular!!
I've been going to some of the other coffee places in town and this is like the first time back to Starbucks in maybe a couple of months and I just took one sip of the coffee and realized that Starbucks is probably the best just because the coffee always tastes better. Now don't get me wrong I love Dunkin for their donuts, but when it comes to the specialty coffee, Starbucks just tastes better!
At the Starbucks at Tucson Marketplace, the music was too loud. Customers were speaking loudly so their companions could hear them. My sister and I moved outside so we could visit.
