What a community friendly atmosphere at this Starbucks! It feels like I’m at Cheers in Boston (they may not get the reference🤣) where everybody knows your name or at least their loyal customers! Felt welcomed, what an upbeat team of employees cranking out orders with a smile.

I would just like to say that I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to after my experience this morning. It’s my first day back to school at U of A and I walked in to get myself a Starbucks on the way. As soon as I walked in the team hyped me up and was so excited for me and cheering me on. They brought the ENERGY. It immediately brightened my day and put me in a good mood. I wish I got all of their names because they deserve all the tips haha
Great coffee, rude service. Drive thru clerk didn’t like the TIP percentage that I picked, closed the sliding door on me and did not say a word. I needed my receipt, after waiting for a few minutes for her to come back (she never did) I ended up just leaving.
