They recently lost me as a daily customer due to a couple experiences lately, specifically with the middle-aged Caucasian male whom I learned manages this location. This location has been open a little over a year. Normally, I have absolutely fantastic service and quality of product, until today. Yes, my drink does look different every time I order it even though I order the same drink made the same way. That’s really not an issue. My issue today is, my drink was made incorrectly. I went into the store to let them know it was not made correctly, and I confirmed what I asked for which was not what was made nor on the sticker. Do not recommend. I stood waiting so long for a coffee that I ended up walking out, without my drink after paying or I’d have been late. Thanks for nothing. Ten minutes is more than sufficient to prepare a beverage; but apparently not at this location. Drive through was clearly a priority. That said, I will note it was very clean. So there’s that.
