I frequent this location, always have a pleasant experience however today went in and it said my order was ready but it wasn’t on the counter. I said “hi” to a barista who was swapping pumps and she looked at me made eye contact and walked away. Thankfully the other barista (blonde with long pony tail) was friendly and assisted and got my order for me. Thank you for your good customer service after your coworker declined to assist me. You rock! Sorry I didn’t get names. This was around 2:30 October 1st.
