They don’t know how to make the drinks. My coffee is always hot when it’s suppose to be an iced coffee. My matcha was supper foamy and then half gone. Always have issues with the coffee here they don’t taste good. I haven’t even taken a sip from my matcha and look how half way gone it is.
Bad customer service and rude employees at several occasions. The girl at the register asked me to scan my items myself with a bad attitude. I had to ask three times for my receipt and she kept ignoring me. I waited 10 minutes to receive a simple order. Hire more people to accommodate customers if you’re short on staff. Also, they start mopping the floor and placing chairs on tables, kicking customers out of lobby starting 6pm claiming they close at 7pm while their closing hours on Google is until 10pm. The coffee machine always broke, Sad!can't get coffee right.
One of the workers was super rude! She had an attitude and said “excuse you” and I was confused because I had said excuse me to the little girl next to me as I was reaching for my drinks and I said I did say excuse me she said well it looked like you bumped into her. After I asked the girl next to me if I had bumped into her, they said no I even apologized to them because maybe I did and didn’t notice but I went out of my way to say excuse me and not get close.
