Edited: They replaced the staff and it’s so much better service now Every time I go to THIS Starbucks the service is bad. One person is so slow and gets the orders wrong and the other is grumpy. We have been to Starbucks all over US/Canada and always great experience This one is horrible

Slowest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The staff work at a snails pace. There are lots of staff but most of them are doing nothing and watching someone else do the work.
Oliva made my drink and it’s safe to say it tasted absolutely HORRIBLE. She is definitely a new worker because… well I visit this starbucks location often and have never seen her before. It was extremely busy, I had even pre ordered my drink through mobile and STILL had to wait inside the store for 10 minutes. My drink wasn’t made properly and it was so bad I had to throw it in the trash.
