I love Starbucks, and I give them a little slack in rest stops. But this was the worst I’ve been to. none of the orders were identifiable as who’s they were, our drinks were made wrong, and while the staff seemed to be nice people the place did not seem clean at all with wrappers of little snacks around with nobody wearing aprons
Wildly incompetent staff. Yelling at each other, didn’t know what they had in stock, “the girl who’s making your drink just went to get her water bottle” my drink was hot tea. Meanwhile “the girl” is standing behind the counter at the Roy Rogers eating fries.
This place is a joke they are not in order on their cup prices or anything they are rude obnoxious and they did not need to be a Starbucks because they do not accept your Starbucks rewards points on your app or anything I think they need to be shut down in this building permanently until they get their stuff in order
Place is always cash only and the drinks are terrible.
Did not serve Frapachinos for the night, wait what?
