They forgot my in store order today, I had to ask twice before finally getting my latte, took over 10 minutes. They also didn’t make it right, it tasted like milk without much matcha flavor. I saw the barista pour back the tall cup of already made matcha latte into the machine for mixing after adding additional milk to make it into a grande cup without adding additional matcha powder. Worst Starbucks experience.
I enjoy this Starbucks as the staff are all very friendly, fast & efficient. The only thing I dislike is the drive thru lane at this location. When they're busy there's literally no where to go, I'll usually just drive on by if I see the drive thru like that.
