Barista was nice but she gave me a grande when I ordered a venti and then she remade it in about two seconds and it tasted like rotten milk
Convenient Starbucks location located within the Kroger Marketplace. This one is not downsized and has all of the drinks and foods you would find at a typical standalone location. There is no drive-thru and I am not sure if you can use the app at this location either. The location was not crowded when I visited and the baristas were nice. My drink was prepared quickly and correctly. If you're in Kroger, it's a nice stop to get coffee and maybe a snack.
If this is the one in Kroger, there were no napkins. All tables and some chairs were dirty. The tables wobble and it was a mess. Do better! The girl behind the counter was on her phone and making herself a drink.
The barista on duty during my visit today was one of the most joyful personalities I have ever encountered; Things beyond his control were going wrong left and right, but his customer service never wavered. 5 stars to that young man and the great coffee and service provided.
Makes no sense why it says open til 9 yet I go own and these idiots have the door unlocked but tell me they close at 7
