Had the worst customer service experience at this drive thru by a male employee with a beard yesterday. I had ordered my drink ahead of time for drive thru pick up and when I arrived I drove straight to the window and gave my name, his response was “ can you drive BACK AROUND and state your name in the speaker and say your here” I told him my order was ready and it was sitting right there next to him but he refused to hand it over unless I drove back around!
