Nice Starbucks spot—clean and well-maintained. The location is great, though it would be even better if the staff smiled more. Overall, this is what makes Starbucks stand out.
They keep on preparing drinks for me that taste unsatisfying. Recently, I ordered a tall iced lavender cream matcha and they were so skimpy on the lavender cream. According to my sweet tooth the matcha didn't taste good either. In addition, the timing of service was very late. Honestly, I don't recommend this coffeeshop to anyone.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered three drinks and a brownie. When the order arrived, one of the brownies was missing and the drinks were made incorrectly. I called the same day to explain the issue, and the employee told me to come back.
