nothing special. staff is usually fine but management sucks. i was having tech issues on my phone so i couldn’t log in to show the QR for my bday drink. had my ID with me but they wouldn’t take it. i’m not one to complain but it’s such a disappointing way to start my own birthday. never going back
Very disappointed. I went through the drive thru and this will be my final time at this location. I come here almost everyday. I asked if I can PAY for a venti water and they said “no, you have to make a purchase”. I said “Even if I PAY for it, I can’t get a water?” WHAT! They turned me away! Literally ridiculous. Just went through the drive thru at 7:25 PM, 4th of July. I also had an issue with a drink the other day and called the store. Probably the worst stuff I have ever met in my life and let me remind you. I don’t leave reviews. I waited 35 minutes for a coffee that I ordered online smh
My daughter gets a lemonade with peach syrup and strawberry puree, blended twice. I highly recommend it for a summer refresher. The drve thru is always quick and my orders are never wrong. They definitely excel in customer service.
