I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a coffee and asked for a straw, but they didn’t have any available. This is not the first time this has happened at this location—they frequently don’t have straws available. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how a place that mainly sells drinks can repeatedly run out of such a basic item. I understand if you hear things wrong when ordering happens all the time. But as a customer when it comes up on the screen and I say “oops, i ordered xxx” don’t catch and attitude with the customer and say “well you SAID this”, like just say my mistake let me fix that for you. Working as a manager in customer service idk why the attitude was needed when it was just a mix up that I wasn’t upset over at all, was just changing it before I received something I didn’t order.
This is actually one of the best Starbucks …. Adam and the rest do a great job.
Everything about this location is horrible Drinks - I always ask for no cinnamon and they add it in when I’m ALLERGIC I always have to go back around and have them re make it, employees don’t care at all… - last time I placed a mobile order 10 minutes ahead And when I came to the speaker she said “next time place it 15/20 minutes before “ So the 10 minutes and line infront of me wasn’t enough to prepare?? Horrible service every single time. Waited 15 mins until it’s my turn at the drive thru just to be told that their system is down. I was asked to come inside to place my order or just wait. I then asked if I can just do a mobile order and pick up at the window. She proceeded to say if I do that I have to go back around in line again…. What sense does that make if the systems down.
