I ordered the same item as last visit and its the polar opposite in terms of quality. Sometimes they skimp on the cold foam, add extra ice and cut other corners like not fully preparing the matcha so its full of chunky, very bitter, clumps. Based on limited observation, it seemed that the employees were not working as a team and one didn't appear to be working on anything Starbucks relevant for the time I was able to observe.
