Came here to get an iced matcha latte and two pup cups - I had to throw the drink away after a few sips. I watched the barista make my drink and not sure what happened but she kept looking back at me to see if I was watching which I thought was odd. It’s a Starbucks. The drinks are fine, they’re the same everywhere. They’re consistent. The service at this location is terrible, unless you’re in the drive-through. I’ve literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes with multiple service people walking around and no one even says a word to me. And for most of the employees that they still have, they are very unfriendly. The customer service at this location has declined dramatically over the last two years. The other day I had a situation and the answer I received from my question was to WALK through the drive through. Upon going through the drive through the barista at the window proceeded to try and scold me like a child even when I told her that I was directed to go through the drive through. The issue is at this store-especially in the mornings the baristas are always rude, impolite, unprofessional and overall unhappy it seems.
