It’s a Starbucks. The drinks are fine, they’re the same everywhere. They’re consistent. The service at this location is terrible, unless you’re in the drive-through. I’ve literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes with multiple service people walking around and no one even says a word to me. The other day I had a situation and the answer I received from my question was to WALK through the drive through. Upon going through the drive through the barista at the window proceeded to try and scold me like a child even when I told her that I was directed to go through the drive through. The issue is at this store-especially in the mornings the baristas are always rude, impolite, unprofessional and overall unhappy it seems. This morning I went in and ordered an ice caramel macchiato, I didn’t realize Starbucks served diabetes in a cup or served lattes as macchiatos. When I asked the window if they could fix it they offered a stirrer. First and foremost if I wanted just caramel I would’ve asked for something different.
