I walked into this store location at 5:45 a.m. — the only customer in sight. I ordered a cortado to enjoy in the store before walking home with my Grande coffee. A ten-dollar experience, tip included. I took a seat, settled in, and started my morning scroll on my iPhone. Fifteen minutes later, I got up and asked if my coffee was ready. Customer service at this location is horrible. I mobile ordered a crème Frappuccino and received a coffee-based one instead. When I went back inside to have it fixed, the barista “Taffy” looked at me and said, “give me 2 seconds,” as if he already knew it was wrong. After finishing what he was doing, I explained my drink was incorrect.
