I ordered a Coffee and Energy drink today. There was literally 15% of drink and 75% ice on both of them. Soooo much of ice literally. I informed the staff about this. They insisted to give a complimentary drink, but gave another drink with almost same amount of ice🤦🏻♂️. Whyy?? I believe i ordered a drink not ice. The complimentary coffee was so tasteless for some reason. Wasted money on both drinks to be honest. Also i added a tip, everything went in vain. This Starbucks does seem like it's very busy, but I was able to get my order in a reasonable amount of time.
I have visited this Starbucks MANY times on different days and given them a chance to redeem themselves and every time I am reminded why this location is absolutely terrible. The drinks you would think would be consistent from a corporation but they are always different and never good. There is always too much milk as if I'm drinking a glass of milk with splash of coffee. They are always extremely slow in getting out orders. They are always nice which I appreciate but not more than efficency especially for the price I'm payi... read more
Waited 20 minutes for my mobile order I sent in 10 minutes before I arrived. Staff could care less
The ice guy was really mad, but the strawberry açai refresher was very good
