This is the closest to my house by far, but I will drive much farther to avoid this location. The wait time is always 20+ minutes for mobile orders. Forget the drive thru. Today I ordered at 11:45 on Sunday before I left home. The app estimated at 15 minute wait. It’s 12:20 and I just got my order. It’s way too sweet with way too much milk. No other location is as inconsistent with the drinks or wait times. I don’t know why I keep giving this location a chance thinking maybe it’ll work this time.
The manager who was working the oven this morning had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I understand that it was a busy morning but you’re right off the highway it’s going to be busy at 8am. She gave attitude to many customers and she definitely needs to have a coaching on customer service.
Nice people, but when I order an iced mocha I would like an iced mocha and not an iced WHITE mocha. I never say white, but I always get it. I usually get my drinks through delivery, and the sticker is always right, but the actual drink is always a white mocha. I don’t want a white mocha!! Please teach your staff the difference, this has happened way too many times. Lu was so sweet to me and my sister while we were in the cafe studying for our stressful finals week. It was so nice to have someone who was very kind and attentive the entire time we needed a refill on our drink despite how busy she was, she remembered our orders! She is so welcoming and hard working. Thank you for your kindness Lu! :)
