Extremely slow service with lackluster effort from some employees/manager. At least one or 2 employees were on break or standing scrolling on an iPad the entire time we waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees. Nasty bathrooms! Trash cans filled to the brim. Toilets looked like they’ve never been cleaned. Please purchase a toilet brush and train your employees to use one.
Horrible service! It took 50 mins for coffee. Needs new management andi watched a girl take out trash didn’t wash her hands right back to making coffee. Go to 151
Service was good and waiting time was less than 5 min. My order was correct and it was good as usual.
