I’d really give one star but I like to give room for improvement. It was not busy at this location when I arrived. Typical drive thru traffic, seemed like everyone inside had a pickup order. I ordered my drink 12 minutes upon arrival, hoping it would be finished by the time I got there. Got there, waited almost 20 minutes for my drink. Mind you, when I came in nobody greeted me or asked what I was waiting for. I came in because of a drink that was made wrong at another location, and Ken got me right. Gave me my drink made with love, and it was perfect. She was super nice.
