I am a Starbucks junkie, I do love their hot chocolates, their pink drinks and their goodies. I will always give them five stars.
I would give zero stars if I could. The front counter is filthy. Rude employees and a long wait.
This is the nicest Starbucks. The employees always make an effort to be kind and attentive to their customers. I always leave the drive thru feeling great and looking forward to my next trip.
I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for one drink. Starbucks employees were probably so overwhelmed. I was 30 minutes late for work. The company needs to give better service and enough staff. So disappointed.
