I bought this pistachio latte at the Starbucks in the Willowbrook Mall food court. It tastes like milk, with no pistachio flavor at all. The staff seemed to be performing acrobatics inside, as the cup didn't fall into the trash can and was left on the ground without being picked up. The espresso wasn't fully poured into the drink before it was discarded. Several customers seemed to be very busy there. The attitude towards the customers wasn't very friendly.
The person at the front was rude. His name was amaury. I asked him to throw out my gift card and he said no that there was a trash can right behind me and had attitude towards me.
Went to this location for the first time yesterday, and whole staff was so nice! Got a water and a cookie, and one of them doodled a smiley face on my cup. Very kind and welcoming staff, wish I lived closer so I could go often :(
Got my order wrong, and it came out bad anyways.
There are two reasons I will NEVER shop this Starbucks again! One is cause the service is not good at all! They enjoy congregating and lollygagging with each other over quality service and two; I was told a few mins ago, “we are not a cafe so we don’t do refills”!? I am a ‘Starbucks everyday type of customer and I’ve been to literally ever Starbucks in Jersey. I use the Starbucks areas to do my work.
