My guy Usi at Starbucks deserves a raise immediately. Every time I pull up, he's already two steps ahead - drink perfect, vibe immaculate, customer service smoother than the cold foam he be whipping up. Today 3/12/26 approx 8pm the cashier tried charging my mom $3 for a cup of ice water, my mom then bought a apple juice so she can have a cup of ice/water for my toddler. She then told my mom that she has to buy “extra” things to get the ice water for free. She was very rude and condescending. This is not the only time we’ve experienced rude behavior at this location. I bought this pistachio latte at the Starbucks in the Willowbrook Mall food court. It tastes like milk, with no pistachio flavor at all. The staff seemed to be performing acrobatics inside, as the cup didn't fall into the trash can and was left on the ground without being picked up. The espresso wasn't fully poured into the drink before it was discarded. Several customers seemed to be very busy there. The attitude towards the customers wasn't very friendly.
