We come here quite often and the baristas are always really kind to and my children. And if the drink is wrong they always make it right.
I placed our order and waited 10-15 minutes for the cake pops because the employee was to worried about talking to co-workers. The serviced at least 5 other people before I had to say something to get our cake pops when I noticed her sit down and talk to her friends .
Says there is a drive-thru but there definitely is not!
