The iced horchata oatmilk shaken expresso is my new favorite.
The coffee was spoiled and the customer service refused to help and give me a refund. Horrible service
The employees were taking orders very late and preparing them even later, despite not doing anything. They weren’t paying any attention to the customers and were wasting time. I don’t remember ever having a worse Starbucks experience in my life. You should consider replacing your staff.
