Rude staff. Arrived 15 min prior to closing and informed “everything” is shut off so unable to order. Just close early then at 4:45 or pay the staff to stay 15 minutes after but make it clear to the public what the hours are.
Manager Jen is making employees come in to work when there is a bad snow storm coming. I guess they expect a lot of business and I guess they don't care about the safety of their employees.
I have came to this location many times. The issues here are constant—not a one-time thing. The staff, especially in the drive-thru, are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This location is not in compliance with Starbucks policies. They either don’t know them, or they just don’t care. I’ve tried addressing genuine concerns multiple times, and the district manager seems completely unwilling to step in and actually fix anything.
