Terrible service, I asked for a warmed chocolate croissant and they gave it to me cold. The top of my coffee was loose and when I gave them cash, they always say “we don’t have Pennies, is that okay?” NO, THIS IS NOT OKAY. Thanks for ruining my morning.
The people that work here are very kind and very helpful. People should be mindful of the clients coming through here who probably aren’t always in the best mood to the folks that work here, as the location is a pit stop off 90. 5 stars!
they don’t have a place in starbucks where you can order it’s only drive thru/mobile ordering. the guy that works there with glasses is really rude we placed a mobile order and went to go pick it up had ordered chai lattes venti size gave me a grande and they chai i requested to be extra hot and they weren’t really upset when i picked up the chai the top cap fell off and it made a mess really upset
Went to the walk up window. Had to wait for the counter person to realize I was there. She had her back to the window while she was on her phone. She got my order wrong. And once she closed the window she proceeded to complain to the others about my comment. Told her I could hear her conversation.
