Closed at 8pm on a Thursday. So no real coffee on the thruway after 8 only instant brew. What a joke. Says a lot about their employees.
The employees are not making the coffee properly; they are chatting among themselves and not paying attention to their work or the customers. I’m giving one star
Both my white mocha and my bosses brown sugar shaken espresso slapped. Arguably top 10 coffees we’ve had from Starbucks. Our cashier/barista was very nice and attentive. The walk up window was a nice touch. The only knock I have is that we were unable to use the umbrella for the table on the patio. Supposedly the umbrella is/was broken, and some snot nosed kid got hit with the umbrella and ruined the umbrella experience for the rest of us. Outside of the lack of umbrella access, solid overall truck stop Starbucks.
I would give -5 stars . Clerk did not put top on my ice coffee correctly and I am on my way to court with a coffee stain on pants!!!! I expect Starbucks to replace the suit!
