HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a standard grande Carmel Frappuccino (no extras). The barista made my drink with NO CARMEL at all. I then said it come with Carmel because it’s a Carmel Frappuccino, she says “well if you asked for it then I would have put it. But this drink don’t come with Carmel” . It was literally coffee and whipped cream . Her colleague attempted to correct her but she was being stubborn. oh man whoever made my sandwich need to be replaced for real cause ain't no way a sandwich..
For here 6 min before 8pm. Today may 26. They took one last order and when they saw me in line literally turned off the light. I asked if they were closed and they said yes. How come, there are two baristas not wanting to take a coffee order 6 min before closing ? Totally unacceptable. It was only one drink they had to make. Definitely not coming back to this place.
This isn't a Starbucks it's a glorified vending machine
