I’m local to this store and spend a lot in food and drinks here. The service has gone downhill in the last year+ and many of the baristas are, generally speaking, unmotivated to help or offer excellent customer service (there are a few regulars that do a good job). Orders are wrong frequently, and I’ve had all kinds of issues (drinks disappearing or being buried under mobile orders, wrong orders being charged to my app).
