Joseph was insanely helpful! I’m not too familiar with the new menu items and he explained it to me without sounding annoyed, which I really appreciated. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!!

Went in to grab a coffee today and walk up to the register. There’s an older woman sitting in a chair (?) behind the register. I’m staring at her for a sec waiting for her to take my order. At this point I’m regretting not going through the drive thru. Then, still in the chair, she makes another employee take my order. At first I thought she might’ve just been handicapped but based on her dynamic with everyone else working I think she might’ve been the manager?? Idk. Very unprofessional if so.
