Went in to grab a coffee today and walk up to the register. There’s an older woman sitting in a chair (?) behind the register. I’m staring at her for a sec waiting for her to take my order. At this point I’m regretting not going through the drive thru. Then, still in the chair, she makes another employee take my order. At first I thought she might’ve just been handicapped but based on her dynamic with everyone else working I think she might’ve been the manager?? Idk. Very unprofessional if so.
I’m not knocking them for the price because we all already know that part of the story well. The service is great of course, but, and most importantly to me, ever since they restructured the drive-through/parking lot, it is much easier to navigate and doesn’t back up so much. If a mobile order is placed, I can slide through the drive through in the morning before eight, and be out of the parking lot in less than two minutes sometimes. Not bad.
