This Starbucks is so disappointing. Everytime I go here they are out of most food inventory, they never stock the straws and napkin area. Some of the employees seem inconvenienced with taking a drink order. I went in today, waited in line only to find out their espresso machine was broken. I will never waste my time at this location again.
Today morning i went target and after done with the shopping went starbucks to buy choc crossaint swirl so i boight it but its burned on top so disappointed
Horrible experience at this location. I ordered a venti matcha latte with oatmilk add strawberry cold foam. They were out of oatmilk which was fine, ordered it regular. When i got it, the drink felt lighter weight than normal and could see cold foam at the bottom and top. Over half the drink was made with unflavored cold foam. I returned to get a refund. The manager was bothered that I wanted a refund instead of the drink being remade. She either could not get the system to work or didn't know how to do a refund. Either case... read more
Got a peppermint mocha and it was HORRIBLE. Got in the car took a drink n almost puked!
