I’d like to share some honest feedback as a loyal customer who truly enjoys your coffee — I order almost every day. However, I’ve been quite disappointed on there recent occasions with the pick-up service. Both times, my order hadn’t been processed when I arrived, even though the shop wasn’t busy and there were only a few cars in the drive-thru.
