I was trying to order my coffee this morning and it was guy who was just messing with the trash can and just ignored me I stood there for at least 10mins and he still did not acknowledge me. Another worker who was passing the food out walked past me as well like I just wasn’t standing there no greets no nothing and I’m very disappointed it was very rude I couldn’t even order the guy was still playing with the trash bags and talking to other co workers so I just walked out. I had asked for a venti mocha cookie crumble with no whip cream on the bottom and easy on top. When I got my coffee 5 minutes later, there wasn’t any cookie crumbs throughout the drink only on top. I was made very differently than I usually get.
Been coming here for years. They never mess up my order. Definitely plan to continue being a loyal Starbucks drinker.
