Twice recently I have ordered on the app and 10 minutes later I arrive and the guy is like "oh, let me get that started." I have asked them to cancel my order both times and have not been refunded
Today I went in and there was only one worker, Charlie. I couldn’t remember what I ordered a week ago when he was there with another coworker. HE REMEMBERED MY ORDER HE MADE FOR ME, keep in mind it was a week ago and he wasn’t the cashier!!!!!! I WAS SOOO HAPPYYY!! I will never forget it now, Brown sugar shaken oatmilk espresso with pumpkin cold foam. Dude thank you Charlie!!!! He needs a raise for his amazing memory skills. KEEP HIM because this Starbucks switches employees more than they restock their inventory
