Came across the most nicest barista in town! Drinks were delicious! Never got his name but he had a septum piercing. You know what they say, your best baristas either have tattoos or piercings haha
Multiple times I’ve had to reach out to customer support to get a refund because they don’t have someone actually working there but they are taking mobile orders. Even if they do have someone working there orders always take forever
Today it's $3 crafted drinks and this guy charge me a normal price for it, I was in the car when checking my account and return to tell him why he charge me that and he just answer it's not in this store and ask him why he didn't mentioned before and just said that same.
Went to get a Carmel Macchiato and was served what can only be explained as watered-down black coffee. It's pretty disheartening, considering it's my one place for a pick me up!
