I was standing in line for about 5 minutes(there was no line) and none of the lady's working there ask me if I needed anything.
Long wait and missing my fork and napkin
Came across the most nicest barista in town! Drinks were delicious! Never got his name but he had a septum piercing. You know what they say, your best baristas either have tattoos or piercings haha
Multiple times I’ve had to reach out to customer support to get a refund because they don’t have someone actually working there but they are taking mobile orders. Even if they do have someone working there orders always take forever
