Went in to get some work done on my computer in the afternoon like many people who go to coffee shops do. Within 5 minutes of sitting down and getting all my computer and stuff situated I had a really odd interaction with whom I suppose was the manager (Brandi). She says you can’t be here in the lobby unless you make a purchase with a really demeaning look. Totally get that part and understand that, but within 5 minutes of getting there?? Are we serious? This 5 star shout out goes out to CAITLIN for being top notch. The location is great too and not too overly crowded, but what makes this particular Starbucks my go to and preferred choice is the staff. Caitlin in particular stands out. I hope Starbucks is aware how lucky they are to have you!
Sam is my Coffee Fairy Godmother. She is the sweetest woman, she makes me feel like her adopted daughter for 30 seconds everymorning and its so nice! I Love Sam!
