The String Cheese Incident This is the worst Starbucks in Redding. I’ve been to all of them. I might be biased. So like I was at a different Starbucks. I bought a drink. Then I got hungry and so I went to Costco to buy raspberries. Then on the way back, I decided to stop by this other Starbucks I never go to, to do some work. The barista was so incredibly rude! She got my drink order incorrect and corrected it but with attitude. My food also had all its toppings slid to one side of the sandwich sticking to the bottom of the bag. A few of the girls here have been aweful and need an attitude adjustment. I stopped going to this one all together because of it which tucked because it had a couple of my favorite ones too but more often than not food, drink and experience with staff was miserable.
So I usually never have problems here, everyone is super nice and i really dont want to assume but…. I think the barista gave themselves a $5 tip? Either that or i payed for someone elses order without realizing? I dont even remember seeing a tip screen on the pad when I went to pay….Im so sad ):
I went there on my birthday and they refused to honor my birthday. They're committing scams and fraud. I recorded them saying that they would help me, but when I went there, they would not help me whatsoever, not even with the app or anything, or would they look at my I?D
