Been going to this Starbucks for a long time. It’s always clean, the staff is great. If anything isn’t right, they are good about fixing it. Julia is awesome & very friendly. It’s a busy location and the staff gets swamped sometimes. Not their fault, they do their best.
My drink always has so much foam, even though, I ask for no foam. Other Starbucks seem to be able to get it right. Also employees are not very friendly especially the guy with fake blonde hair... he hates his job and seemingly most customers. Too bad because the actual store is one of the better ones in that it has seating!
Jenna is hands down the best employee that this Starbucks location (or any location I’ve been to) has. Though I can’t say I’ve ever had a negative experience at this location, as everyone has been great, I will say that seeing Jenna makes both mine (and my nanny kiddos) day each and every time we visit. So friendly, takes the time to get to know us and asks the girls questions about their days. It feels rare to find an employee who seems to genuinely care about their customers.
