Jenna is hands down the best employee that this Starbucks location (or any location I’ve been to) has. Though I can’t say I’ve ever had a negative experience at this location, as everyone has been great, I will say that seeing Emily makes both mine (and my nanny kiddos) day each and every time we visit. I absolutely love this Starbucks and probably go here too often, honestly. The staff is so friendly and warm and really works to get to know customers. They always know my order and offer my dog a pup cup at the walk up window, and they truly make me feel like a regular in a really cool way.
As a bicyclist who is with the St. Paul Bicycle Coalition, I‘m SO glad that the drive-through was shut down. No more selfish car drivers blocking the bike lane! I will no longer boycott this store.
