Ordered medium matcha it was full of ice. I tried calling but phone was busy.
I try to avoid this Starbucks at all costs but it is in a convenient location. Not once have they made a good tasting white chocolate mocha & it’s only this location that I’ve had this issue with.
This place is slower than molasses going up hill. Coffee was completely cold when received.
Yall have not let me down on the “light ice” request. I order a simple iced espresso with oat milk and 2 pumps of brown sugar. The location on louetta be mad i ask for light ice they stack it to the rim…. They’re more convenient for me but ima stick to this spot. The employees here are awesome!
I don’t usually drink coffee but I decided to come in to give it a try since I had a couple gift cards that have been sitting in my wallet for a while. Immediately upon entering i’m yelled at by an employee who asks me what I need help with before I could even walk to the counter or pull my wallet out of my purse.. The entire staff seemed exasperated & stressed out and it didn’t make me feel welcome at all, in fact I felt like a nuisance for even asking for the balance on my gift cards.
