Sat in this line for over 20min and for them to tell me they don't have mocha products. The worse part I sat in that line with no way to exit out. This is utterly ridiculous, how do you run out of products.
Can I use 0 stars??? The first time was a bad experience! I ordered ahead of time (mobile order) and still had to drive there to get my drink just to stay there and wait for almost 10 min...very weird starbucks if you ask me, the are not fast and they don't pay attention. wait time almost 20 min. Second time at this location and itwice they made a mistake with my order! Not sure if management cares to even care to check the reviews but service here is just terrible. I stopped coming here because of that same reason. I figured maybe they got it together but nope they didn’t. Do not bother coming here. This morning the attitude I received was uncalled for and if I am going to be paying for $7 for my drink it better taste great. Didn’t seem to want to take our order. Did not feel welcome. Lack of customer service.
I ordered like always 2 venti matcha green tea Frappuccino. 3 scoops matcha, 10 pumps classic, extra ice. So it should be and u would think a light green color. I don’t know what they did but this drink is not what I asked for! It’s very very dark green (so they don’t make how I asked) it tasted so bad I got sick and threw them both out!
