I would give 0 stars if I could. NONE of the baristas working at this location know how to make drinks properly, my order is fairly simple and they mess it up every single time. I'm not sure how they do it but they have managed to make me the most bitter drinks, they always turn out disgusting. I'm extremely unsatisfied and disappointed, DO BETTER!
I had come in and requested a vanilla chai, there was no vanilla in my drink nor did it taste like chai, it wasn’t even the right color. I have worked at a safeway starbucks for a year and i have made over a hundred vanilla chais i know the color and the taste like the back of my hand. when i had asked ‘AvaJane’ if she had put vanilla in it she immediately got an attitude with me suggesting that i don’t know how many pumps come in them or anything about them . and then rolled her eyes in a very disrespectful manner, makes me... read more
