This place is a go to for our staff because it is so close, but it is the WORST customer service of all the Starbucks in our area. The staff is unfriendly and openly complain to one another. They just need to clean house and start OVER.
Super clean location with staff that you can tell love and take pride in their coffee shop. Staff had a great energy that made their store feel better than many other Starbucks I stop at.
I come to Starbucks all the time with my clients and I’m here in the afternoon. They have a Horchata coffee sign out. I’m asking about it. He goes. It’s not till tomorrow. I ask again if I could get Horchata and tea he was I told you just now it’s not until tomorrow I cannot believe how rude they are so of course I did not tip him. I turn around after I get two peak drinks and him and his coworker are speaking Spanish about me I will never return to this Starbucks never run. Don’t go here if I can give them a zero I would.
This Starbucks is one of my favorites to visit! I am a weekly customer and they remember my drink when I walk in! The staff is kind, friendly, and caring. The mug wall provides a nice touch to the atmosphere. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to visit!
I love this location. I go there once or twice every week and they know me by name. As soon as I walk in, they start making my drink before I even ask. I appreciate the kindness they show me.
