Living nearby for a month and visited twice. Service felt average, not rude, but not welcoming. They also don’t seem very happy when picking up mobile orders through the drive-thru, which is confusing since it should save ordering time. Drinks were fine, but overall experience could be better.
Slow service today
Bad customer service the lady called Juse was so rude. She had a bad attitude.
God sent me here to this particular location earlier today for a cup of coffee, a strong WIFI signal, and to complete some morning work on my computer. While I fully understand and acknowledge companies have policies and protocols in place for a reason, I firmly believe that having a soul, showing love through heartfelt actions, and putting people over profits is vastly more important than corporate instituted guidelines.
