I come here nearly every day and spend over about ten to twenty dollars. Enjoyed coming here even though I felt a hostility between Alan the barista and me. I'm always cordial and I even tipped today. I asked for a water after I ordered and he held a angry frozen grin as to hold back either doing something confrontational or saying something equally disheartening. "My mom and I ordered cappuccinos, but the problem was that the workers gave us drinks that were not hot enough. We wanted a new drink because of this. Another issue was that our cappuccinos were only half full and had more foam than coffee in our cups. We were very dissatisfied with the service and quality of this location and will not be visiting it again. Thankfully, there is another Starbucks nearby that serves hot, delicious cappuccinos, which we prefer."
