To cut it short, they don't know how to make coffee or anything else. I ordered the same drink at this location and at the University Mall location, where they did an excellent job. 2:20 Sept 18 , 3 young people behind counter : 1 restocking , 1 washing dishes , 1 visiting and making some drinks . No person in line but me , 2 people waiting on drinks and I waited 4-5 min for someone to even look . Finally one of the workers walked by to the kitchen / storage and said just a minute . I kept waiting, and I had to go pick up due to picking up a granddaughter. It was RIDICULOUS!
