Every time I ask this location to make my drink less sweet they make it sweeter. If I wanted to be treated like this I would go to Dunkin' Donuts have them serve me pure milk when I request less milk.
Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in lex so far. The girl at the front, the real big one with the thin bun on her head has a really bad attitude and shouldn’t even be working there. First she got smart when I told them I needed oatmilk because I’m allergic to dairy.. I had them remake the coffee because it was really disgusting and I get the same coffee everywhere I go.. I ordered a Venti Refresher and requested light ice, but was given a Tall amount in a Venti cup that was half empty. I paid for a full drink, not less just because I didn’t want it packed with ice. Worst Starbucks experience ever.
The Starbucks in the Gatton student center is one of my go to places for a drink or to just chill out and study. The atmosphere in this Starbucks is dramatically different depending on the time of day you are there. Morning rushes can be pretty busy, but later in the day it is usually chill. The staff at this Starbucks are awesome. They are hard working and haven't made any mistakes for me yet. They are also just good people. I’m always greeted with a smile in there.
